10′ x 10′ Spaces are $150, BUT!! – WE’VE LOWERED IT TO $135 BECAUSE BASICALLY ALL OF OUR VENDOR FRIENDS ARE HAVING HARD TIMES.

By submitting payment for a vendor space at the Catskills Halloween Vendor and Oddities Market, you agree to the following terms:
- Vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not credited toward future events, regardless of circumstance.
- This policy applies to all cancellations, including but not limited to personal conflicts, transportation issues, weather concerns, or emergencies.
- In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organizers, vendors will be offered a choice between a rescheduled date or a refund at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
We strongly encourage vendors to confirm their availability, lodging, and transportation plans before submitting payment.
By applying to vend and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no refunds policy in full.
