Devisa Art and Design was formed in 2025 realizing our life long dream to bring quality hand crafted decor to warm people’s homes. We are a family trio of a mother and two daughters each bring their own specialty and talents. Debbie crochets unique pieces as well as traditional baby blankets and throws. Samantha sparkles with her hand painted ceramic and decoupled decor. Victoria’s creates wreaths, centerpieces and other ornamentation utilizing reclaimed wood, natural elements and repurposed materials. She also has passion for painted canvas in oil and acrylic. Samantha and Victoria are also both be participating artists for the Heart of Catskill Association’s Cat’n around Catskill for the past 6 years, and have won multiple ribbons.
