** A Haunted Heist: Halloween D&D One-Shot Adventure 
“When the Lich Needs Rubies, What’s a Party to Do?”

 The Mission:
An immortal Lich, cloaked in shadow and centuries of dark secrets, has one simple request: bring back a set of powerful rubies from the lair of an ancient Beholder. But it’s not just a simple treasure hunt… it’s a deadly game of ancient rivalry. The rubies are the final pieces needed to create more simulacra—more copies of the Lich itself.

 What’s Waiting in the Shadows?
As you venture into the Beholder’s lair, you uncover a chilling truth: the Beholder has been trying to stay hidden from the Lich’s unending pursuit. The Beholder is not the monster it’s been made out to be… but the Lich has instigated the conflict. Now, you must decide: Will you continue to serve the Lich’s dark plan, or will you side with the misunderstood Beholder to stop the Lich once and for all?

 Character Creation:
Bring your bravest adventurers, ready to face mind-bending challenges, dangerous creatures, and one very sticky moral dilemma. Will you betray the Lich? Will you save the Beholder? Or will your greed push you to take everything for yourself?

Guidelines: Characters must be LVL9, may be any class/subclass (multiclassing allowed), may be any race/species. May have up to 3 magic items of Rare or lower.

We will be hosting (2) 3-hour(ish) sessions. One on Saturday with 5 seats available, and one on Sunday with 7 seats. Bring your character sheet, your dice and a notepad, everything else will be provided by the DM.
