2026 Catskills Halloween Vendor Information

We draw an enormous and wonderful crowd of people who know they’ll find the most fascinating vendors with us. Come join us!

Vendor pricing is $135 per 10′ x 10′ space. Vendor pricing goes up to $150 shortly before my birthday in late January.
We are held at:

East Durham, NY 12423.
Vending Hours:
Friday: 3pm-8 p.m. (10 p.m. in Late Vending by request)
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. (10 p.m. in Late Vending by request)
Sunday: 10am-5 pm
This is our 13th year of running this event! It’s our THIRD year of being free!
Welcome to the largest free Halloween festival of its kind in the Northeast!
Additional space is quite likely to be available on request.
The event is rain-or-shine.

General Agreements
In the past, this section was a reminder about maintaining professionalism as a vendor. While we still expect everyone to treat the event, their fellow vendors, and our attendees with courtesy and respect, we’ve shifted focus to what matters most for getting you set up.
Upon acceptance, vendors will receive an invoice for their space and an invitation to join the vendor group for event updates and logistics. Please make sure to check your email regularly after applying!
