Thirteen years ago we started something special in the Catskills. Today, the largest FREE Halloween Festival in the Northeast returns for its 13th Anniversary.From October 23 to 25, 2026, Catskills Halloween 13 takes over the beautiful Blackthorne Resort in East Durham, New York. This is the one Halloween event that has stayed truly free for thirteen straight years.
